"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
Viktor Frankl

COACHING SUPPORT
As a professional coach (and trained counsellor), I am committed to assisting individuals in navigating life's challenges and achieving their personal and professional goals.
I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgmental space where you don't have to mask, perform, or explain yourself in a particular way - all whilst ensuring a confidential and trusting environment for my clients.
SPECIALTIES
I am particularly interested I working with anxiety, low mood, burnout, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, masking, self-esteem difficulties, and the long-term impact of living in a world that isn't always designed with neurodivergent people in mind.
I offer risk-free introductory calls, either via video chat or phone, to give you an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the work we'd be doing together.
ABOUT ME
EXPERIENCE & APPROACH
Alongside my counselling work, I have spent 22 years as a firefighter which has shaped my understanding of stress, responsibility, and the cumulative impact of high-pressure environments.
During this time, I worked as a Wellbeing Champion and collaborated with the Fire Fighters Charity on a mental health project with Oxford University, exploring ways to reduce the long-term impact and prevalence of PTSD. This experience supports my work with clients who are used to coping along, staying strong for others, or pushing through at the cost of their own wellbeing.
Clients tend to describe me as steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. My aim is to offer a space where you can truly be yourself, feel completely understood, and explore change at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and (ultimately) sustainable.
